1 rack of lamp chops
1 - 16 ounce jar of Jack Miller Bar-B-Que Sauce
Favorite Cajun seasoning (Season Y'all)
Slice lamb rack into individual chops. Remove all excess fat from each chop including bone surface.
Season chops well with your favorite Cajun seasoning. Grill chops over open fire for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Baste with Jack Miller Bar-B-Que sauce.
Once cooked to desired temperature, remove from heat and coat well with remaining Jack Miller Bar-B-Que sauce. Serve Hot.
